Twittad system checks every hour for the background ad and each hour money is deposited into publisher’s virtual account. When the ad expires, Twittad release the funds into publisher’s real account. Publisher can request payment when their earnings reach $30. Twittad sent payment via Paypal. If publisher remove ad before expire it then advertiser have option to give them negative feedback.
